Director General of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA), Olivier Niggli said that two-time Olympic champion in pole vaults Russian Elena Isinbaeva can remain a member of the Supervisory Board of the Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA), reports the associated Press.
