The mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin proposes to extend the timeframe for the possible privatisation of non-residential premises and transfer them to a new area when implementing the programme of renovation.

According to the mayor, amendments to the law and municipal law are provisions on the equivalence of areas.
