Mexican President Enrique peña Nieto expressed on Friday confidence in maintaining good relations with the United States on the background of the situation with the revision of the agreement on North American free trade zone NAFTA.
«Based on the agreements and concrete results, we will be able to be not only allies, but also good neighbors,» said peña Nieto during the ceremony, students and professors from the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico.
According to the head of the state, official Mexico city welcomed the news of the outbreak in the United States of the process associated with the dialogue on NAFTA. «Through dialogue and negotiations, Mexico will be looking for the opportunity to update this important tripartite tool, I am sure that its modernization will bring the benefit of our country and the entire region of North America,» said peña Nieto.
