In the international anti-corruption organization Transparency International, which is funded by the governments of Western countries are ready to discuss with the Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation Natalia Poklonskaya its proposal on the audit organization on the matter of corruption if the politician can prove his statement, told RIA Novosti Vice-President of the organization Elena Panfilova.

Earlier, the Chairman of the state Duma Commission on control over reliability of data on incomes, about property and obligations of property character represented by deputies Natalia Poklonskaya, in an interview with RNS, offered to carry out anti-corruption check of Fund of struggle against corruption Alexei Navalny and the Russian branch of Transparency International.

«According to the Federal law of the Russian Federation on combating corruption, corruption is an illegal action of the official who uses these their official powers for personal gain. A non-profit organisation or wholly or separately is not official. That is, we can be suspected of anything, but it is corruption like bribery to us to make quite difficult,» Panfilova told RIA Novosti.

Panfilova added that if the suspect organization in bribery, «it would be funny to know who and what it would cost to do that.» In addition, she recalled that Transparency International provides Russian relevant agencies quarterly and annual financial reports, which are visible to the entire organization.

«If you want Madam Polonskaya us popularaty and if she can at least clearly explain what corruption can happen in nonprofits, it would be interesting with her on this occasion to talk about» — signed Panfilova.
