OOO «Skartel» (mobile operator, brand Yota) after the accident in its network will provide affected subscribers a discount on your next payroll period, by giving to redress customers to 20 million rubles, said in a statement.

On Friday, the network of «MegaFon» and «daughter» Yota running as a virtual operator on the network «MegaFon», the accident occurred, which did not work voice.
