Guests of the St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF) will be able to try the dishes of various world cuisines — Indian, pan-Asian, Cuban and other, told RIA Novosti in the press service of the Fund «Recongress» involved in the preparation of the forum.

SPIEF-2017, the main issue will be the search for a new balance in the global economy, will be held June 1-3 in St. Petersburg. The forum is held since 1997, and since 2006 is held under the patronage and with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation. SPIEF has become the world’s leading platform for communication of representatives of business circles and discuss the key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets and the world at large.

Menu forum

«In 2017, the organization supply will be the most diverse than all previous SPIEF, as will be presented various dishes,» — said in the «Recongise».

So, forum participants expect culinary innovation: for the first time as treats for the participants of the SPIEF will be presented hot and cold Indian dishes. «India-guest in the SPIEF-2017. The novelty will be presented in the thematic area of «Art space», — said the press service of the Fund.

For hot meals the participants will be involved paid seven restaurants at the forum, including three restaurants Alexander Rappoport (restaurants meat, Russian and pan-Asian cuisine), two restaurants in the hotel Hilton (European restaurants), restaurant Krasnodar Krai (the Kuban and the restaurant serving European cuisine), running on the system à la carte. Seventh pay restaurant will be the most spacious FORUM restaurant on the ground floor of the Congress centre Expoforum Convention and exhibition centre, which is in the format set menu will be presented to Russian, Italian and pan-Asian cuisine.

Also, the food in the format of a coffee break and light snacks will be represented in all business zones planned by the organizers and partners of the SPIEF.

According to the press service of the Fund, this year is not planned innovations or innovations in comparison with last year in the press center. This year applications were received from 2486 media representatives from 35 countries.

This year received more applications for participation in SPIEF, than last year added in «Recongise». «The organizing Committee expects that the forum will be more than 12 thousand people from more than 130 countries already account for 15% more evidence than last year over the same period to forum», — noted in press service.

According to Fund, this year also continues the trend of previous years to increase the number of participants from South-East Asia, Japan.

Of the Russian participants confirmed their participation the Chairman of the Board «Gazprom» Alexey Miller, Chairman of the management Board of Gazprombank Andrey Akimov, President and Chairman of the Board of «Bank VTB» Andrey Kostin, President of «LUKOIL» Vagit Alekperov, General Director of Rosatom Alexey Likhachev, President of «ALROSA» Sergei Ivanov, the founder of USM Holdings Ltd Alisher Usmanov, founder of LLC «Group ONEXIM» Mikhail Prokhorov. Their participation in SPIEF also confirmed Chapter 76 subjects of the Russian Federation.
