The government of the Russian Federation will allocate this year, more than 800 million rubles for the infrastructure for the winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk, the corresponding order of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev from may 20, 2017 published on the portal of the state system of legal information.

Russian President Vladimir Putin in March during a visit to Krasnoyarsk noted a lag of two to four months in construction-thirds of sports facilities. Earlier, Putin said that the total costs of the Federal budget at the winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk will be 40.5 billion rubles.

The winter Universiade-2019 will be held in Krasnoyarsk from 2nd to 12th of March. The sports program of the Games includes competitions in 11 sports, including snowboarding.
