Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on Thursday named a new government, the head was replaced in 15 departments, according to the Algerian news Agency, citing a presidential office.

Announced by the government were not included in the country most influential figures, such as Minister of industry Abdussalam Bouchouari, head of the Ministry of energy Noureddine Bouterfa and foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra.

The new foreign Minister was the former Minister for Maghreb Affairs Abdelkader Messahel. The energy Ministry was headed by Mustafa Kitoni.

The President of Algeria on Wednesday appointed the new Prime Minister of the country of Abdelmajid Tabuna. Tebben was replaced by Abdel Malik Sellas, who left his post after the country’s parliamentary elections on may 4.
