In the Kremlin there is no clear position on the question of the possibility of Russia’s administrative Amnesty, the idea of the ad which was expressed by the presidential Council on human rights (HRC), told reporters on Friday, the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

Earlier, the head of the HRC Mikhail Fedotov told RIA Novosti that the Council seeks the support of the head of state initiatives on declaring Amnesty for the 100th anniversary of the revolution in Russia, human rights activists are ready to prepare a draft resolution for inclusion in the state Duma propose first to extend the Amnesty also to administrative offenses.

«While no position is not defined, a clear position on the initiative of the Council on human rights no, because it’s a fairly new initiative», — said Peskov in response to a request to comment on the idea of human rights defenders.
