Preferential tariffs for heat and water for the enterprises of the Komi Republic will be saved if the second half of the growth rate will exceed 25%, is spoken in the message of the state Council of the Republic.

Amendment the authorities of the Komi plan to bring in a bill on compensation from the Republican budget of the part of the cost of heat, water and sanitation services, which resource providers provide the commercial organizations of the Republic.

«At the upcoming meeting of the state Council of Komi on June 22 in the bill will make changes that provide preferential tariffs for other consumers – businesses and organizations – from the second half of the year in case the rate increases by more than 25%», — stated in the message.

The increase in utility tariffs occurs annually on 1 July. The tariffs for population and legal entities are different, in the framework of one category of consumers, the tariffs for heat and water may be different depending on the supplier and the organization and its activities. In order to control the growth of utility tariffs in the regions, at its discretion, pay from the budget the difference between the set rates and economically justified.

For the population of the Komi Republic, all remain unchanged. «The discounted rate for consumers is set for the entire 2017. For reimbursement of expenses of the population on payment of utilities provided more than 1 billion rubles of budgetary funds.», — added in the message. Compensation costs for the enterprises and organizations of the Komi it is planned to allocate 80 million rubles.

According to participants of the state Council, to optimize the cost of utilities businesses by implementing energy-saving projects, including energy service mechanism. It provides for the implementation of energy saving measures at the expense of resource supply or management company. The customer shall be calculated by the company solely actually received by the savings that occurs when the consumption of utility services.
