The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov in the framework of St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF) will meet with the UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres and the foreign Ministers of Serbia and Hungary, said the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.

«The first of June, tomorrow, Thursday, there will be a meeting of Sergey Lavrov with UN Secretary-General (antónio Guterres), June 2, he will hold talks with Minister of foreign Affairs of Serbia (Ivica Dacic) and the number of contacts, in particular, with the Prime Minister of the Kurdish Autonomous region of Iraq (Barzani Nechirvan), meeting with Minister of foreign Affairs of Hungary (péter Szijjártó)», — she said at a briefing on Wednesday.

The diplomat also noted that in the schedule of the foreign Minister meetings with the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica. She stressed that the possibility of adjusting the schedule of meetings and contacts Lavrov, the Russian foreign Ministry will inform.

SPIEF has been held since 1997, and since 2006 is held under the patronage and with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation. The forum has become the world’s leading platform for communication of representatives of business circles and discuss the key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets and the world at large. This year the forum will be held in the Northern capital on June 1-3. Participation in the forum to date, 39 have confirmed of Ministers from 26 countries. The total number of participants — more than five thousand people.
