The international Association of athletics federations (IAAF) admitted to the international competitions under the neutral flag of the Russian athletes Kseniya Aksenova, Vera Rebrik and Vera Rudakova, according to a press release from the organization.

Aksyonov stands in the women’s 400 meters, Rebrik is a javelin thrower, Rudakova specializiruetsya in the women’s 400-meter hurdles.

Previously the IAAF had made 12 Russian athletes to participate in international competitions under a neutral flag – Mary Cucino (after marriage Laecken, jumps), Sergey Shubenkov (hurdles), Daria Klishina (long jump), Ilya Mudrova (pole vault), Olga Mullina (pole vault), Sergey Shirobokov (walking), Jan Smerdova (walking), Daniil Tsyplakov (high jump), Angelica Sidorova (pole vault), Christina Sivkova (sprint), Alexei Sokirko (hammer throw) and Yulia Stepanova (running, informant WADA).

The decision by the IAAF is no admission to the competition — finally, the question of participation of Russia will be decided by the organizers of a tournament.

In November, the 2015 Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) recommended to the IAAF to disqualify wfla for violating anti-doping rules, and to disqualify Russian athletes from participation in international competitions. The IAAF Council followed the recommendation and voted for the deprivation of vfla membership of the IAAF and the suspension of Russian athletes.

Also in the release it is reported that 28 applications were rejected, while 27 cases are still pending. Among them — nine athletes, who are waiting for admission to the Junior world Championships in 2017 (athletes under 18 years of age) in Nairobi in July. They will be subjected to further testing from the IAAF and/or (British anti-doping Agency) about ukad ukad before the tournament in Nairobi.
