Employees of EMERCOM of Russia, whose homes were affected by flood in the Stavropol territory, has received financial assistance from the Ministry, said on Sunday the press service of the emergencies Ministry.

«On behalf of the head of EMERCOM of Russia, provide targeted financial assistance to the staff affected by the floods in the Stavropol region», — said the representative of the MOE.

Assistance in the amount of 100 thousand rubles received nine emergency workers whose houses and property have suffered from water.

The Ministry stressed that EMERCOM of Russia pays special attention to issues of social protection of our employees, providing comfortable working conditions and service personnel of the emergency Department. «Don’t go away and those workers who are in difficult life situation, they are provided with targeted assistance,» — said the representative office.

Flooding in the Stavropol region has generated a record for half a century the rain. From the disaster suffered in the region 28 settlements. More than 2 thousand houses, inhabited by more than 6.6 thousand people were flooded.
