The debt on wages to the builders of the Vostochny space centre was reduced to of 116.5 million, fully debt repayment of two Federal state unitary enterprises according to the employment center in Amur region.

A meeting on the issues of arrears of wages in organizations of the Amur region have passed in the regional government. The number of debtors in the field to eight organizations and 10 companies bankrupt.

«The builders of the Vostochny space centre wage arrears diminished and is of 116.5 million rubles in front of 3,000 people. Including FGUP «the Main military construction Directorate No. 6» (formerly «Dalspetsstroy») amounting to 96.6 million rubles, OOO «Tsentrstroy» – 15.4 million rubles, LLC «mechanization of construction» to 4.5 million rubles»,- stated in the message.

It is specified that the debt fully repaid the Federal state unitary enterprise «General Directorate of roads and airfields» (6,7 million) and FGUP «the Main military construction management room 12» (5.6 million rubles)

In early June, «the Main military construction Directorate No. 6» said that he had paid about 400 million rubles of debts on wages, including the builders of the Vostochny space centre.

The next meeting on the subject of debt will be held in the Amur region on June 26. Deputy Chairman of the regional government Andrey Donets has asked line ministries and Supervisory authorities to «intensify work» to repay the debt.

The Vostochny cosmodrome is being built near the city of Tsiolkovsky (formerly the village of Uglegorsk) in the Amur region in 2012. He will become the first national cosmodrome of civilian purposes and will ensure independent access of Russia into space. Historic first launch of the carrier rocket «Soyuz-2.1 a» with the East with three satellites was successfully performed on 28 April 2016.
