Work hot line on issues of children’s activities organized by the CPS on the eve of international children’s day and the start of the summer health campaign, extended until the end of the summer, reported on the Agency’s website.

As explained in Department, in every region of the Russian Federation from 22 may to 5 June, the specialists of Rospotrebnadzor for the constituent entities of Russia and in counseling centers and to consumers in the Centers of hygiene and epidemiology has advised citizens on the purchase of children’s products, shoes, toys and clothes and telling me what to look for in a children’s camp, what are sanitary-and-epidemiologic requirements to the organizations children.

«In the framework of the national hot line received 8.9 thousand of requests for consultations, which is 25.5% more than in the same period of 2016. For all appeals clarified, assisted in the preparation of statements of claim… the CPS draws attention to the fact that the work of the hotline on child stay extended, and you can get advice during the whole summer season,» — stated in the message.

According to the Ministry, core consumer issues were the requirements to the documents confirming quality and safety of goods; conditions of return or exchange clothes, shoes, toys for children, including acquired remotely; the law on protection of consumer rights, including the requirements of technical regulations.

It is reported that on the facts identified by the experts of Rospotrebnadzor violations 35 protocols on administrative violations, the total amount of imposed fines amounted to more than 388 thousand rubles.

In addition, experts of Rospotrebnadzora have conducted consultations on nutrition in health camps; the availability of information about vaccinations for children, departing, recreation camps; requirements for the provision of services in the organization of children’s rest; the treatment of the territories of the country stationary camps.
