The court in Novosibirsk sentenced the two robbers, repeat offenders, 40 seconds robbed a jewelry store with damages of about 1 million rubles, to imprisonment for seven years, according to the Prosecutor’s office of the region.

«The Dzerzhinsky district court of Novosibirsk has pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning Ilya and Sergei Pose Kaveshnikova. They were found guilty of committing a crime under article of the criminal code «robbery with violence dangerous for life and health or group of persons on preliminary arrangement in the large size», — stated in the message.

As previously reported in the interior Ministry in Novosibirsk region, 30 January 2017, two residents of Novosibirsk 29 and 46 years old, wearing masks with slits for eyes, broke into the jewelry store, where one of them repeatedly hit the guard in the head, causing him to lose consciousness. The second with a claw hammer smashed the showcases and took six trays of gold ornaments worth more than 940 thousand rubles. To commit a robbery took only 40 seconds, said the police.

According to the prosecution, after the crime the men fled with the stolen property from the scene of the crime. Part of the stolen they hid the friend, and the other part is surrendered to the Lombards the towns Kuibyshev and Barabinsk.

Ultimately, the court sentenced Posa given earlier served punishment for theft committed with Kaveshnikova, to seven years three months imprisonment.
