The police of Volgograd has finished investigation of criminal case on charge of the inhabitant of a communal apartment that she threw out of the window of the eighth floor of a neighbor’s cat, which eventually died, have informed in the press service of the regional Department of internal Affairs.

The investigation established that on August 8, 2016 49-year-old resident of the Krasnooktyabrskiy district of Volgograd burst into the room of his neighbor in the communal apartment and, grabbing the front paws of his cat lying on the windowsill, threw the animal out the window of the eighth floor, causing the cat died.

«Concerning the suspect criminal case on signs of the crime … «cruelty to animals, which caused his death, hooligan motives», — stated in the message.

The act pleaded guilty, the woman explained that pet the neighbor started without permission and the presence of a cat in the flat irritated her. She was told to throw it out. However, the owner to get rid of your pet did not.

«Criminal case is directed to court, the maximum sanction of specified article provides imprisonment for up to 6 months», — stated in the message.
