The expert explained to RIA Novosti that if the event will be held in public places — it must be agreed with the authorities, if in the churches — no. Representatives of the public movement «forty times Forty» on Monday in Yekaterinburg transferred Poklonskaya invitation to participate in «standing» against the film «Matilda» under the slogan «Stop Matilda», which they plan to organize a number of Russian cities, including Moscow.

«I only support and try to be», — said the Deputy.

The organizers explained that in the near future will give the authorities the application for approval of its action.

«All the action will take place under the hashtag, «Stop Matilda»… the national state of the faith, the Fatherland, the people and the king will be held on 1 August at 19 o’clock local time in many cities of Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, Omsk, Yekaterinburg,» — told RIA Novosti one of the organizers, member of movement «forty times Forty».

«The application will be filed tomorrow… We will apply for standing on the Suvorov square in Moscow. This is the metro station «Dostoevskaya»… Event will be held entirely within the framework of current legislation», — said the source.

«People in their towns or in the territories of churches or in town squares, informing the city government, will hold a rally. There will be reading hymns (a kind of Church hymn). Stringent requirements with posters, I think not. That is, if somewhere to negotiate with the authorities will not work – in those cities will all be on the site of temples and monasteries. But if the consent is from the authorities on urban areas,» — he outlined the plans of the organizers.

Lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky confirmed to RIA Novosti that the action in public places are subject to confirmation.

«The term «standing» in law no, but this form of expression subject to the law on rallies, if the activity will be carried out in a public place. In this case you need to obtain permission from the authorities, including to ensure the security of the event. But usually standing are held in churches — in such cases, of course, no approval is not necessary», — said the expert.
