The second attempt of the President of the United States Donald trump to cancel my current system of medical care Obamacare was threatened after the failure of two Republican senators to support a new bill.

On Monday, senators Mike Lee (Utah) Jerry Moran (KS) said they would vote against the bill the «American medical care.» Earlier the same statement was made by Republican senators Rand Paul (ky) Susan Collins (me). Therefore, the document lost four votes that are expected trump and the Republican leaders.

Currently, the Republicans have 52 Senate votes, and the Democrats 48. The latter stated that they will vote against the bill, which previously passed the house of representatives of the United States. So at the moment given the position referred senators to the document will not be accepted in the Senate.

This was another failure of trump in an attempt to «repeal and replace» Obamacare, which he promised to do during the election campaign. This is despite the majority which the Republicans have in both houses of Congress. In the spring, the White house took a vote in the house of representatives a similar bill when it became clear that he is not gaining enough votes.

In may, the house of representatives voted by a margin of just one vote for the replacement of the new initiatives of a set of laws, known as Obamacare, and also held a slim majority in the Board of the Barack Obama in 2010. The new program, the implementation of which succeed the President, Donald trump and speaker of the house of representatives Paul Ryan, aims to increase competition in the healthcare market and lower prices, which in the US at record high on a global scale.

Republicans say that the previous reform Obama, obliging everyone to buy insurance and promised subsidies to the poor, do not reach the goals, and only reduced access to health care. Democrats say that Republicans proposed program equivalent to tax cuts for the rich and that it will lead to the loss of jobs and decline of medical services for the poor and middle class.
