23 songs from the American alternative rock band Linkin Park included in the weekly Hot Rock Songs chart of Billboard magazine after the death of its frontman Chester Bennington.

The previous record was set in 2016, when after the death of David Bowie 21 the composition included in this chart.

As writes the edition, this week the iconic song «Numb» has moved from sixth to second place in the ranking. In the top 5 also includes «In the End» and «Heavy» (third and fourth). In the top 10 of the chart are seven songs of Linkin Park.

According to the publication, the album also topped the Top Rock Albums and Hard Rock Albums.

Earlier it was reported that, according to Billboard magazine, the first and last to date, album by the American alternative rock band Linkin Park was in the top ten best selling records for the past week.

The frontman of Linkin Park 41-year-old Chester Bennington was discovered dead in his home in Palos-Verdes-estates, California. The musician was home alone, his family left town. The coroner confirmed that the cause of death was suicide. Bennington was buried last week near his home in the Botanical garden of the city of Palos-Verdes-estates.
