Over land expected to be weak magnetic storm on 13 and 14 September, according to the forecasts published on the website of the Laboratory of x-ray astronomy of the Sun Physical Institute of the Academy of Sciences (FIAN).

According to forecasts, in the environment of the magnetosphere of the Earth will be in the excited state, but after 15.00 GMT go into a calm. Thursday is expected to be weak magnetic storm of level G1. The probability of the magnetic storm on Thursday, the experts of LPI is estimated at 30%.

G1 is the minimum possible level of magnetic storms. According to the National oceanic and atmospheric administration (NOAA), such storms can occur with a frequency of up to 150 events per year (1,700 storms during one solar cycle which lasts 11 years).
