The Russian Central election Commission at the meeting on Friday plans to approve the results of the additional elections of deputies of the state Duma in Bryansk and Kingisepp single-mandate constituencies in the elections on 10 September, follows from the draft agenda published on the CEC website.

The first CEC members plan to consider the question «on the establishment of General results of elections of deputies of the State Duma of the seventh convocation in single-seat electoral districts», — stated in the agenda.

In the single voting day September 10-elections of deputies of the state Duma took place in two one-mandatory districts — Kingisepp (Leningrad region) and Bryansk (Bryansk oblast). According to the results of the elections to the lower house pass candidates from the «United Russia» and the LDPR, the information system «Elections» after counting 100% of protocols of precinct election commissions.

The election in the Bryansk district was appointed in connection with the early termination of powers of deputies from United Russia, Vladimir Zudenkova, they involved the candidates from the nine parties — the EP but their candidate is not nominated. The mandate of the Kingisepp district was freed after winning it in 2016 Sergei Naryshkin went to the foreign intelligence Service.

In the elections in the Bryansk district the leading candidate from the liberal democratic party Boris Paikin (52,03% of the votes), followed by Sergey Gorelov from the Party of growth (9,50%) and Alexander Kupriyanov, the Communist party (9,38%).

In the Kingisepp district, after counting all the protocols leading candidate from the «United Russia» Sergey yakhnyuk with 61,58%. Next are the candidate Nikolai Kuzmin from the Communist party (11,30%) and Marina Lyubushkina from the CP (of 6.96%).

The Duma faction of the EP has so far 341 mandate, the liberal democratic party — 39 seats.
