A resident of Tatarstan, twisting up a teenage girl with a Groundhog while hunting and wounded it with a rifle, will appear before court, informs Investigatory management SK of Russia in the region on Monday.
According to investigators, in August a man was hunting without permission on woodchucks with a rifle “Vepr-308” at the foot of the mountain village of the Urals. At the same time on top of the mountain was a 15-year-old red-haired girl. The man decided that before him a log, and fired twice at the girl with 200 meters. Deciding that he missed, the hunter has left, according to investigators. The girl received a gunshot wound in the left shoulder and left scapula.
The man accused of committing a crime under article of the criminal code of Russian Federation “causing of heavy harm to health on imprudence”. He is under house arrest and appropriate behavior. The SC also noted that the man fully admitted involvement in the crime.
“The consequence collected sufficient evidentiary base in this connection criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to court for consideration in a special order”, — informs management.
