Kim Jong-UN visited the Embassy of Cuba in connection with the death of Fidel Castro

DPRK leader Kim Jong-UN visited the Embassy of Cuba in Pyongyang, the passing of the leader of the Cuban revolution Fidel Castro, said on Tuesday the North Korean media.

As previously reported, from November 28th-30th, North Korea declared three days of mourning.

According to the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (KCNA), Kim Jong-Eun left a note in the condolence book of the Embassy of Cuba.

“Although an outstanding leader died, his name and deeds will always be alive in our memory”, — quotes Agency the words of Kim Jong-UN.

North Korean leader during a visit to the Embassy was accompanied by member of the Presidium of the Politburo of the workers ‘ party of Korea, Deputy Chairman of the state Council of the DPRK and the head of the Chief of the political Department of the Korean people’s army Hwang Ben and Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs Kim Gye-Gwan.

Cuba and North Korea maintain friendly relations since they established diplomatic relations in 1960.

On Monday a North Korean delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the WPK Choi Ryong Hae went to Havana for Castro’s funeral, who died at age 90 on November 25.

The funeral of Fidel planned for 4 December in Santiago de Cuba.
