The South American football Confederation (CONMEBOL) has cancelled the final match of South American Cup (Copa Sudamericana) between the Brazilian “Epicoene” and Colombian “Atletico Nacional”, says the Mexican Sexenio portal.

The decision was made in connection with the plane crash where players and representatives of “Epicoene” flew to Colombia to participate in the final.

The ship, which was carrying 81 people crashed in the Cerro Gordo (municipality of La Unión) due to lack of fuel. According to the media, rescuers managed to locate six survivors, including defender “Epicoene” Alan Rosela.
