The Supreme court will examine the practice of refoulement of migrants for offences

The Supreme court of the Russian Federation in 2017 will study the court practice on expulsion of migrants from Russia for offences, according to the official website of the presidential Council on human rights (HRC).

This clarification was given in response to the request of the head of the HRC Mikhail Fedotov, about the kind of work the Supreme court lead judges for administrative expulsion of migrants for the offense. On the website published copies of the appropriate response.

“Taking into account the relevance of the observed law enforcement problems, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation it is planned to study in 2017 of court practice of application of administrative punishment in the form of administrative expulsion in the form of forced displacement of foreign citizens and individuals without citizenship for limits of Russia”, — stated in the published text.

In addition, the response emphasizes that the Supreme court pays “attention law enforcement purposes and design of this kind of administrative punishment, on an ongoing basis by the monitoring of judicial acts and prepare relevant explanations to the judges.”
