According to the head of the operational headquarters for the prevention of accidents, the Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of Magomed Daudov, the entrepreneurs, who were engaged in the sale of alcohol, and voluntarily gave up his activities after this accident.

“We tighten will not and can not, because we have the law we have no right, and then can use religion, our customs and mentality”, — said Kadyrov.

He ranked drivers, who in a state of intoxication road accident, to the people, “intentionally committed a crime, a terrorist act”.
