The former Director of the closed joint-stock company “the Fish factory Island” will go on trial for unpaid wages to employees during the year, with the result that the debt amounted to about 19 million rubles, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

“Investigative agencies of the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Sakhalin region completed investigation of criminal case concerning the former General Director of the closed joint-stock company “the Fish factory Island” Natalia Kashkarova”, — stated in the message.

According to investigators, kashkarova from February 2015 to January 2016 without pay 267 employees, the debt amounted to more than 19 million rubles. SK notes that it had sufficient funds to repay the debt, as the company made payments to other companies – contractors.

In the course of a criminal investigation wage arrears were repaid in full. The former Director is accused under article “the non-payment of wages.”

The consequence collected sufficient evidentiary base in this connection criminal case with the approved indictment will be soon directed to court for consideration in essence.

In October of this year it became known that the indictment against the Director of fish factory “Island” Alexei Popov, is also accused of unpaid wages of 160 workers for the sum more than 3 million rubles.
