The meeting of OPEC member countries and representatives of oil-producing countries that are not members of this organization may be deferred to December 10 and held in Moscow, writes Bloomberg, citing familiar with the situation source.

“Russia and OPEC to discuss changing the date and place of negotiations with the countries outside OPEC to take action to limit production. One possible option is to hold a meeting in Moscow on 10 December, and not in Doha on 9 December”, — quotes Agency the words of the source.

The press service of the Ministry of energy declined to comment to the Agency.

OPEC meeting on 30 November resulted in the signing of a long-awaited agreement to reduce oil production. According to the deal of the OPEC countries, since January, the members of the cartel will cut production by 1.2 million barrels per day — up to 32.5 million barrels per day.

The agreement calls for production cuts by countries outside the cartel, 600 thousand barrels per day. Russia agreed to cut production by 300 thousand barrels a day.

Earlier it was reported that a number of OPEC member countries and countries outside the organization can hold a meeting on the subject of obligations nakatannyh countries regarding the volume of their production on December 9 in the Qatari capital Doha.
