The Bank of Russia has disabled Vologdians from his “system of Bank electronic urgent payments” (BESP), reported RIA Novosti a source in banking circles.

Credit organizations that the CB disconnects from BESP, often lose their license. In rare cases, the disconnection from the system is temporary due to technical reasons, for example, hacking or malfunctioning equipment.

The chief of analytical management of BKF Bank Maxim Osadchy, analyzed statements of the Bank at the request of RIA Novosti, noted that the own funds (capital) of the Bank for October decreased by 48.2 million rubles, and on November 1, 2016 was only 372,7 million – only slightly above the threshold of 300 million rubles.

The outflow of funds of enterprises and organizations in October 2016 amounted to 20.8% or 137,2 million rubles, in September – up 4.4% or 30 million rubles. “Surprisingly large scale of the Bank’s investment in “other debt obligations of non-residents” in the amount of 649,1 million rubles,” — said the expert.

“The amount of deposits and funds of individual entrepreneurs on November 1, 2016 amounted to 1.2 billion rubles. If the come insurance case, the payment of Agency on insurance of contributions can be about 1.1 billion rubles”, — says Osadchy.
