The first center for issuing passports of the fans at the football world Cup 2018 will open on 7 December in St. Petersburg, said on Saturday the head of Ministry of communications of Russia Nikolay Nikiforov.

World Cup 2018 will be held from 14 June to 15 July 2018 12 stadiums in 11 cities of Russia: Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Saransk, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Sochi and Rostov-on-don.
