“The Czech side on exercises will be sent to the division on the basis of the 74th light motorized battalion of the city bucovice, composed of 110 people,” said Bechvarzh.

In Lithuania, the Czech military will be from January 10 to March 20, 2017.

On holding joint military exercises in the first half of 2017 was agreed by the countries of the Visegrad group (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia – V4) and the Baltic States – Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The V4 countries will have to participate in them one by one, starting with the Czech military, the exercises will be held near the Lithuanian city of Klaipeda. The Czech unit will be equipped with multi-purpose armored vehicles Iveco.
