Albania with the support of the OSCE will be sent for recycling 140 tons of chemicals

The organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) reported on Tuesday that 140 tons of toxic chemicals used in the manufacture of Napalm, Packed and ready to be shipped from Albania to France for disposal, reported the associated Press.

The head of the OSCE mission Bernd borchardt called on other Western Balkan countries to follow the Albanian model of demilitarization and “the best use of existing infrastructure and experienced staff”.

The OSCE, with the support of Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Norway and Turkey helped Albania to dispose of about 300 tons of toxic chemicals and excess ammunition.
