The number of victims of two explosions in the shopping district of the capital of Iraq has increased to 21 people, more than 40 injured, reports Reuters citing police and medics.

Previously, the Agency France Press reported 18 dead and 38 wounded.

Two explosions occurred on Saturday in the morning rush hour in the area of al-SINEK close to shops of automobile spare parts. One of the explosions arranged bombers, in the second case landed planted explosives, the Agency said the representative of the Ministry of internal Affairs.

Responsibility for explosions while anybody on itself has not taken, the Agency said.
