The Russian Embassy in Estonia has opened applications for training in Russia in the 2017/2018 academic year at the expense of the Federal budget, said on Friday, RIA Novosti press-attache of the Embassy Denis Masyukov.

«For applicants from Estonia provided 80 seats in the undergraduate, specialist, graduate, postgraduate and internship. To apply for budget-funded places in Russian universities can Russian citizens (provided that they live permanently in Estonia), Estonian citizens and persons without citizenship», — said Moscow.

The program involves more than 500 higher education institutions across Russia, many of whom were among the leaders for quality education, have a powerful research and technology base and have the number of teachers world-class specialists.

Students of the basic levels (bachelor, specialist, master) paid the stipend during the entire period of study, regardless of academic performance. They are accommodated in the dormitory on the same terms as Russian students-state employees. Candidates who are not proficient in the Russian language, can take free language courses in the preparatory departments of Russian universities.
