Moscow mayor’s office agreed to the may 27 action on Suvorov square, told RIA Novosti the head of the Moscow regional security Department Vladimir Chernikov on Friday.

«The action agreed on may 27, Suvorov square,» he said, adding that the shares will be attended by up to 1.5 thousand people.

According to the leader of the movement «New Russia» and one of the organizers of Nikita Isaev, the action in the area Suvorovskaya square will last from 12.30 to 16.00.

«The objective of the rally is to run a permanent citywide movement,» said Isayev, RIA Novosti, explaining that the movement will be directed against the current planning policy of the authorities.

According to the interlocutor of the Agency, the organizers will raise the issues of renovation, infill development, paid Parking, spending of the city budget.

Last Sunday in Moscow on Sakharov Avenue held a rally dedicated to the program of renovation of old housing stock. According to the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the implementation of the rights of Muscovites will not be infringed and they have received new apartments will be between 25-35% of its market value more expensive than housing that is demolished. The mayor also noted that the building will be decommissioned only after signing all tenants of the acts of reception and transmission apartments. The law on the renovation of housing Sobyanin proposed to guarantee the issuance of the tenants a new apartment in the same area and with the finish, to provide the rule of replacement of the mortgage with the same conditions and to secure assistance in moving those in need. It also proposes to provide the right of owners of non-privatized apartments to choose between obtaining a new home ownership or social employment.

The Moscow government adopted a decree, according to which the decision on inclusion of the house in the draft programme will be made by a majority of at least 2/3 of the number of owners of premises. Sobyanin also said that the new homes will be built in the year following the adoption of the law and approval of a programme of renovation, with the project of new apartments tenants will be able to see in advance. If Muscovites consider that resettlement they were provided with the uneven or unequal housing, they should have the right to challenge it in court, as the fact of relocation, said the mayor.
