The Russian foreign Ministry made a proposal to facilitate trading process between members of the organization of black sea economic cooperation (BSEC) with the transition to permits for businessmen in the mode of «one window», said RIA Novosti Director of the Department of economic cooperation Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Evgeny Stanislavov on the sidelines of the Istanbul summit of the organization in connection with the 25th anniversary of the organization.

Sunday held a meeting of foreign Ministers of BSEC countries, and on Monday will meet the heads of state and government of the countries-participants of the organization. Russia will be represented by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. During the summit, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Binali Yildirim will hold a series of bilateral meetings. In particular, the planned talks between Yildirim and Medvedev.

«The dynamics of trade in the region, alas, disappointing. As a percentage of gross domestic product, the volume of trade of the black sea countries is reduced. This suggests that unity and economic ties is not enough. Therefore, our goal is to work to ensure that the volume of mutual trade between the BSEC countries increased. Our foreign Ministry has made a proposal for the establishment of «single window» to facilitate trade procedures for business», — said Stanislav.

According to him, the landmark project is initiated by the BSEC ring highway around the Black sea. «We expressed interest to international organizations, major investors, banks, in particular, the Asian infrastructure investment Bank, looked at this project. The motorway is connected with another famous project «One belt and one road», and the Bank is aimed at financing such projects», — said the Agency interlocutor.

The black sea economic cooperation organization is an intergovernmental organization uniting 12 States of black sea region and Southern Balkans. Founded in 1992. The headquarters of the organization located in Istanbul.
