Russian gymnasts won six gold medals at the European Championships

The Russian team won six gold medals at the end in Budapest the European championship on rhythmic gymnastics, winning in the medal standings.

The competition was held in the capital of Hungary from 19 to 21 may. The Russians won in all disciplines, having won in total nine medals, including six gold and three silver.

Dina Averina won in exercises with Hoop and ribbon and won silver in the exercises with clubs. Her sister Arina Averina became the best in exercises with ball and clubs. Alexandra Soldatova won two silver medals in exercises with ball and Hoop. All of the above athletes also won gold in the team competition.

The Junior national team of Russia group Olga Sadomskaya, Christina Telyatnikovo, Daria Perevozchikova, Xenia Markova, Elizabeth Bogazkoy Diane and the Committee, won gold in group exercises.
