VTB Bank provides 2 June in the framework of SPIEF-2017 panel discussion on «international banking business. Readiness for the challenges, openness to possibilities», the press service of the Bank.

«The international banking system currently faces serious challenges, including the tightening of financial regulation, reduction of profitability, the need for rapid transformation of business processes with the rapid development of non-Bank financial technologies», — said in a press release from the Bank.

The panelists suggest in this regard to discuss what might look like an optimal model of international banking business in 5-10 years, will the banks «financial de-globalization» in the event of further decline in cross-border capital flows and fragmentation of the regulatory field, we should also consider whether the relationship between pineham and conventional banks through the prism of competition or partnerships, and other issues.
