In Novosibirsk arrested two members of the «Open Russia»

Two members of the «Open Russia» were detained near the military enlistment office in the centre of Novosibirsk, they are charged with disobedience to a government representative, told RIA Novosti source in law enforcement bodies of the region.

«Against two citizens drew up administrative protocols under article 19.3 of the administrative code (disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer, soldier, employee of bodies of Federal security service of the bodies of state security), — told the Agency interlocutor, noting that the decision on punishment the court will announce on Tuesday.

The coordinator of the regional branch of the movement «Open Russia» Egor Savin on his page in Facebook reported that the detained members of the movement Rodion Kopaev and Sohren isabekyan.

The Kopaev explained that near the military enlistment office of Railway area, they conducted a survey of recruits in human rights project «School of the recruit», the military office workers tried to get them to leave, and then reported them to the police. In the end, both were sent to the Railway police station and made reports.

The administrative sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of a penalty from 500 to one thousand roubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.
