Russian President Vladimir Putin in Krasnodar will hold a meeting of the Council for physical culture and sport, said the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.

As reported a press-service of the Kremlin, the Russian leader will meet with President of the International football Federation (FIFA), Gianni Infantino. «There is a planned meeting of the President with the President of FIFA, Gianni Infantino», — stated in the message.

«Tomorrow the President will move to Krasnodar. In Krasnodar it will hold a meeting of the presidential Council on development of physical culture and sports», — said Peskov told reporters.

It is reported that the meeting will consider a package of measures aimed at the development of the system of training of sports reserve and national teams until 2024.

«The meeting participants will also discuss the national plan to combat doping in Russian sport – what actions are planned in this area, will tell the honourable President OKR, the head of the Independent anti-doping public Committee Vitaly Smirnov,» — noted in the press service of the President of the Russian Federation.

The keynote presentation will be made by the Minister of sport Pavel Kolobkov.

In addition, during his working trip to Krasnodar Krai Putin will visit the complex of gyms «champion» youth Academy of football club «Krasnodar», and also the stadium of the Kuban team, where he will meet with activists of the leading volunteer organizations in Russia.

The national plan

Due to the doping scandal was tasked to develop a national plan for the fight against doping in Russia. As previously stated the President of the ROC Alexander Zhukov, the adoption of the plan should occur in may.

Previously, he was presented to the Commission of sportsmen OKR. At the end of April this year, the Executive Committee of the ROC approved a set of measures to implement the National plan to combat doping in Russian sport, adopted by an Independent public anti-doping Commission under guidance of honorary President of the ROC Vitaly Smirnov.

Doping scandal

Independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) in November 2015 has accused Russia of numerous anti-doping rule violations, were suspended the Moscow anti-doping laboratory, and also made a decision on the compliance with the Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA) to the WADA code. According to the WADA, RUSADA in compliance with all requirements may regain its status in November.

In addition WADA then recommended by the IAAF to disqualify wfla for violating anti-doping rules, and to disqualify Russian athletes from participation in international competitions. From 2016 all Russian athletes are under the total control of foreign anti-doping organizations. Test planning is carried out to British anti-doping Agency, sampling Swedish and German authorities.
