U.S. attorney General Jeff sessions said that he will appeal the decision to suspend the immigration decree of the President of Donald trump in the Supreme court.

Earlier, the court of appeal upheld the lower court’s decision, suspensive effect of the decree.

«The Ministry of justice will continue vigorously to defend the Executive’s duties for the protection of the population and will seek a review of the case to the Supreme court,» — said the Prosecutor General, who heads the U.S. justice Department.

The second decree trump, who was scheduled to be implemented on March 16, prohibits entry into the United States for 90 days citizens of Iran, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Somalia and the Sudan. The decree confirms the basic measures, originally adopted in late January: suspension of entry from a number of countries and the program of reception of refugees. Unlike the earlier decree of trump, from the list of countries excluded Iraq.
