The leader of «Yabloko» Emilia Slabunov appealed to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev with a request to postpone until January 1, 2018, the transfer of entrepreneurs on kontrolno-cash technics (KKT) of a new sample, the press service of the party on Friday.

Russian entrepreneurs in the sphere of trade from 1 July 2017 will be required to apply the new TCC, which in the real-time transmit to the IRS information about your purchases. Businesses faced with additional costs associated with the need to purchase new cash registers and fiscal devices are mandatory for device encryption and data protection.

«The Chairman of the «Yabloko» asks the Prime Minister to instruct the government to immediately prepare and submit to the state Duma amendments to the law extending the term of the transfer to the new offices until January 1, 2018″, — stated in the message of the party.

Slabunov said that a month before the law comes into force «new POS equipment and required software in the country established and registered, according to different data, from 21% to 51% of entrepreneurs».

«The non-renewal of the term can lead to negative economic consequences… the law provides for administrative liability for the entrepreneurs, using the technique of the old model» she said.
