Petty-bourgeois court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest of the first accused of preparing terrorist attacks in the capital on behalf of the terrorist organization «Islamic state»* (IG*, banned in Russia) Ashurov Muhammadyusuf, the correspondent of RIA Novosti news from the courtroom.

«The petition of the investigator to meet, to elect against Ashurov a measure of restraint in form of custody up to July 25,» said judge Irina akkuratova.

Ashurov was arrested may 25. He has an incomplete secondary education, is officially unemployed. As announced by the court, the 21-year-old Ashurov has skills of conspiracy, anti-law enforcement, might abscond, continue criminal activities, threaten witnesses, destroy evidence. Interpreter in court, said that the suspect was not against the arrest.

On Friday, the FSB has addressed in court with the requirement to take into custody the four people arrested in Novo-Peredelkino — Muhammadyusuf Ashurov, Furqat Kuchaeva, Abdushukur Holmirzaeva and Magomed Davudova. They are charged with participation in a terrorist organization banned in Russia, the preparation for committing a terrorist act, the storage of ammunition and explosives, and the illicit manufacture of explosives.

On the eve of the FSB of Russia announced the arrest of four members of terrorist groups consisting of citizens of Russia and countries of Central Asia, «carry out the preparation of terrorist attacks using improvised explosive devices on the transport infrastructure of Moscow». According to the FSB, their actions directed from Syria, closely associated with the banned in Russia grouping «Islamic state.»*
