Libyan terrorist group «Ansar al-Sharia», which are accused of the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi in 2012, has announced its dissolution, transfers Reuters.

According to us prosecutors, «Ansar al-Sharia» were preparing terrorist attacks against the United States. One of the alleged members of the group, Ahmed Abu Hatalla accused the U.S. of organizing the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi in September 2012, which killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya.
