The Tver court of Moscow has prolonged for three months term of house arrest of ex-beneficiary of the company «Visma», producing mineral water «Arkhyz», Valeria Gergova, who is accused of stealing from Sberbank loans of nearly 2 billion rubles, reported RIA Novosti his lawyer Mikhail Osherov.

«The court extended the house arrest until August 31. We have insisted on election of a preventive measure, the court offered bail of 2 million rubles,» — said the lawyer.

Gergov is under house arrest since April 10. The investigation began after complaints in the internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Sberbank representatives about the theft of credit of 1.8 billion rubles allocated in 2012 the group of companies «Visma», the beneficiary and the head of which was Geryugov.

According to media reports, in the present structure, engaged in the production of the famous mineral water «Arkhyz», are in the bankruptcy stage. Financial difficulties at «Visma» began in 2015, its leader has linked the situation with the drop in sales of mineral water.
