The Central Bank has revoked the licenses of two credit institutions — Moscow «ivy Bank» Petrozavodsk «RITZ Bank.»

The regulator explained that he had repeatedly applied for both organizations Supervisory response measures. but the Bank executives have not taken the effort to organize the work.

So, according to the Central Bank, the activity of «ivy Bank» was aimed at lending to borrowers that were associated with the end beneficiaries of the credit institution. Transactions conducted by the company, have created real threat to interests of creditors and depositors, said the Central Bank.

In turn, the «RITZ Bank» almost lost the ability to fulfil their obligations to creditors. In addition, according to the Central Bank, managers and owners of organizations engaged in withdrawals, causing the Bank lost capital.

Of the two credit institutions only «ivy Bank» is the participant of system of insurance of contributions. At the time of revocation of the license he held 432-th place in the banking system of the country, and «the RITZ» Bank is located on 555-th line of the rating.

In addition, the Central Bank revoked the license of the Moscow credit organization «IL Loan», which took the 560-th place in the banking system of the country. The reason was the statement of the company on the termination of activity.
