The Tver court of Moscow on Monday will begin consideration of the criminal case against Stanislav Simulta accused of using violence against police during an unsanctioned rally on March 26 in Moscow, told RIA Novosti in court.

The session is scheduled for 11.00.

The first verdict in this case, the court issued against the actor and Director set Yuri Koulia, who received eight months of a colony-settlements. Another defendant, carpenter Alexander Shpakov has received 1,5 years of a colony. Both admitted his guilt, and their case was heard in a special manner, that is without research of proofs on business. The sanction of article provides till five years of imprisonment.

Just as in the case, according to the latest data, there is five people.

Protests were held March 26, in several cities of Russia, some of them were not agreed with local authorities. Not authorized the event was held on March 26 and in the center of Moscow. On Tverskaya street and the adjacent territories, according to police estimates, there were about 7-8 thousand people.

According to the interior Ministry, about 500 people were detained. After a while most of the detainees were released from police departments, some of the offenders were punished with fines or arrest, and five people reportedly became involved in the case.
