Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia now has more than 42 thousand children’s holiday camps, most of which are ready to accept the students, but the number of camps is not adequate.

«The CPS recently said that there are problems in a number of camps. There was the name of the figure is quite significant. About 300 camps. Yet, supposedly, they do not meet sanitary standards. If so, then you need to rectify the situation in the near future,» Medvedev said at the selector meeting concerning organization of summer holiday and improvement of children.

The head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova said that at the beginning of the week was known about 290 summer health institutions that do not meet the conformity assessments for the children.

«Today, this number has decreased to 12 years of health institutions. The dynamics are, understanding what you need to do is… For today – 279 (organizations that do not meet the rules — ed.)», — said the head of Rospotrebnadzor.

«Then they must understand: either they need as quickly as possible to resolve, or they will not do this work,» responded Medvedev.

«All the heads of the regions where it has sent special letters indicating the list of objects which today are not ready to receive once again to pay attention to it,» concluded Popov.
