The former inspector on Affairs of minors of Department of internal Affairs of Russia on the Hot Key Ivan Sorokoumov sentenced to 23 years in prison for the repeated rape of girls and the murder of 12-year-old child; his co-defendant received 13 years of imprisonment, informs a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Krasnodar region.

As previously reported with reference to the Department of insurance in the Kuban and the lawyer of the injured party, from January to August 2015 Sorokoumov were taken to the forest by car and had sexual intercourse with three minors. It was noted that the inspector was dressed in a police uniform, his victims he terrorized the opportunity to give them to the orphanage. «The verdict Sorokoumova sentence of 23 years imprisonment, of which 7 years in prison. He is deprived of a special rank of police Lieutenant. Kalganova appointed punishment in the form of 13 years of imprisonment», – is spoken in the message of Prosecutor’s office of the Kuban.

It was said that after prison Sorokoumov will serve his sentence in a correctional colony of strict regime, like Kalganov. It is also noted that a correctional facility Sorokoumov will be a course of treatment for pedophilia sadistic. The Ministry added that at the request of the public prosecution, the court, in the management of UMVD of Russia across Krasnodar Krai issued a «private resolution for omissions at work with the personnel».
